Ingredients
Peppermint, elder flower, rosehips, ginger, anise seed, thyme, yarrow, calendula
Brewing Instructions
Pour 6 ounces of just boiling (212°F) water over 1 teaspoon of tea. Steep for 7-10 minutes. Strain and enjoy
